I am definitely feeling the symptoms of senioritis now. There are only 9 more days of “real school” left. If you want to get technical, there are 13, but the last four days of school is exam week, and I only have to come for a couple hours a day. Then it’s graduation on June 6th! I have never been more ready than now for summertime..I have a feeling this is going to be the best summer of my life, considering I have a car now and I want to be doing all that I can do with my friends over the break. Then it’s college I have to look forward to. I’m going to be attending a local community college because it’s so much cheaper and I’ll be getting the same education/credit with less students in each class. I learn a lot better that way
and plus, I don’t feel like I’m prepared enough to move 200 miles away from my family to attend UT. I’ve checked with the school and they say all my credits I take at San Jac will transfer to their school, as long as they are core class credits (english, math, science, etc.) so that’s what I’ll be taking come August. I’m going to try for at least a 15 hour schedule, which really isn’t that bad. Right now I go to school for 25 hours in a week. 15 hours seems so much easier, and anyway I’m a year ahead in English! I have 6 hours completed already
so that’s 24 more hours to go..I guess I could get away with taking only 12 hours a semester then. I’ll just have to think about it when the time comes.
Anyway, so I’ve been really good with keeping up with my Quilting Bee stuff, even my honeybee voting and workerbee reports
Especially the activity going on right now. It’s really fun and if you’re not a member of the quilting bee I urge you to join
Yesterday I was on my feet for a total of 8 hours, and I’m going to go get a pedicure today
So I must end this blog a bit shorter than I intended. Leave me some comments, I’ve been missing getting to read all of you guys comments to my blogs!
